After-Sale Service Policy

Each factory would have problems, small or big! We do not afraid the problem, because each problem help us improve in the future. 


BUT ANYWAY, if the product has any problems, we MUST sovle it for you at once. Regarding to our after-sale service policy, please check as below FIVE important points. 


1. PLEASE TAKE THE CLEARLY VIDEO AND PICTURES OF THE FAULT PRODUCTS AND SEND IT TO customerservice@growingdesk.com

2. PLEASE DO NOT OPERATE OR OPEN THE PRODUCTS WITHOUT ALLOWING

3. WE WOULD SEND FREE REPLACEMENTS FOR THE QUALITY ISSUES PRODUCTS

4. MAN-MADE DAMAGE CAN NOT GET FREE REPLACEMENTS

5. WE MAY NEED TO GET BACK THE FAULT PRODUCTS IF NEEDED, PLEASE KEEP THE PACKAGE BEFORE WE MADE THE DECISION
